XP SP1

I recently installed XP SP1 and now I get a
message "Virtual Machine has to download files" when I
click ok it takes me to the windows update screen but
doesn't tell me where these files are located. I need
these files and am dead in the water until i get them,
can anyone help me please? Thanks.

Perform the following:

Download & install MS Virtual Machine Build 3805.
Then visit the Windows Update website to obtain the
security updated version (Build 3810).
