You need to reinstall the software for your broadband ISP, or give it the CD
when it asks for it. You can stop the error message by going to Start, Run
and entering MSCONFIG. Locate the entry that loads vtruck.exe and uncheck
it. However, whatever software your ISP provided may not run correctly if
you do this.
