Cd-Rom Drive letter assignment

Windows 98 Device manager via properties I could assign CD-
Rom any drive letter. With Windows XP Pro I can not find
how to change the drive letter from"J" to "M"

Right click on "my computer icon" =BB click manage =BB click disk =
managment =BB right click on the drive =BB click change drive letters =
and path =BB click M.
