Change CDROM Drive Letter

Hi,

I need some help in changing CDROM drive letter. I can
use the disk manager to change the assigned drive letter
for CDROM in Windows XP (eg. from D: to M:). But after
the machine restart, the CDROM change back to the old
drive letter (D:). Is anyone know how to fix this
problem ?
