pop up descriptions used to be English now they are Chinese

Hi,

Just installed "Learn Chinese Now". Before installing this when I placed my
mouse over a file I would get an English description. Now I get Chinese
characters. I tried uninstalling "Learn Chinese Now", but still have the
same problem. OS is Windows XP. Anyone have any idea how I can correct
this???

Roll back to a system restore point before you installed the
'learn chinese now' software.
start|programs|accessories|system tools|restore

I tried that, but evidently the program was installed to far back for me to
do that.
