View Full Version : Can't find clip arts

I just purchased a computer with the XP. When I go on the
Word Pad and start typing, there are no icons for Clip
Arts or making a table or graph. My old computer with
Windows 98 had the clip arts and an icon for making
tables.
Another issue is that when I type all my writing keeps
going in one line across. The cursor never comes down on
the next line unless I press enter.
Can someone help me with these problems. Thanks.

The Windows XP operating system does not include the
Microsoft Works software program. You may purchase
the Microsoft Works program at virtually any store that
sells computer software.

You'll need to purchase and install the Microsoft Works Suite 2003 =
program:

You do not have 'word wrap' enabled. Open Word Pad, then view>options. Under
each tab, select wrap to window.

That's because Wordpad doesn't support those functions - never has and,
probably, never will. You will need to install some form of word processing
software (maybe Office or the Works Suite). No Windows operating system has
ever had these applications included natively.
