Desktop Icons

hi,
I installed WindowsXP Pro but do not see any icons except Recycle bin
on my desstop. How do I get those icons on the desktop.
Please help.

If you mean the icons like My Computer, My Network Places, etc. right click
on the desktop and select properties, goto the Desktop tab, and click
Customize.

They are all in the start menu. This is to give the desktop a cleaner look.
You can either make shortcuts for what you want, or for example click start
and rght click on My Computer, and left click on show on desktop.
