Wireless Singal Strength

I recently disabled my network signal strength icon in
the systray (green stairstep type icon). I am wishing to
get it back but I can't find the area to make it
available again. The only thing listed under the network
properties is a box to enable/disable the two computer
type icon. Where can I find the checkbox to enable the
signal strength icon?

Sounds like if you are using D-Link hardware. Follow these
instructions: "How to Clear Past Items from the Notification Area"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=283084).
If this does not bring the icon back, then make sure that AIRPLUS.EXE
is included in the Startup folder. You can start it manually for the
current Windows session as well.
