How can I uninstall windows XP [preloaded] so I can
install Windows 98????

Get a Windows 98 boot disk from www.bootdisk.com and start the
computer from this disk. Start FDISK from the DOS prompt and remove
all the non-DOS partitions. When you are done insert the Windows 98-CD
and start SETUP.EXE to setup the disk and install Windows 98.
