I upgraded my Windows Messenger to V4.07 after receiving an update reminder.
I now have an unwanted toolbar in my Windows Explorer 6. The toolbar is
"eprimquhdrg".
I have tried to remove it using View/Toolbars and un-ticking it, but it just
keeps reappearing.
In effort to overcome the problem I have now upgraded to Windows Messenger
5, but the problem still exists.
I have also noted that I now get pop-ups for www.empirepokergame.com every
time I type in an unknown web address.
This too is most unwelcome.
How can I cleanse my computer of these two problems?

Hi Ian,
They may be related, and it may just be coincidental that it happened when
you upgraded Windows Messenger. Have you looked in Add & Remove yet?

Thanks for your help and http://www.mvps.org/inetexplorer/Darnit.htm is an
interesting site.
I solved the problem though as follows:
The problem toolbar is "search the web" and they provide an uninstaller to
get rid of their own toolbar at http://lop.com/help.html#lop.com which
worked.

Ian
