When I installed Windows updates I lost use of the
quick launch bar and icons. Now when I add a quick launch
icon I get an error message:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or
file. You may not have the approprate permissions to
access this item".
Currently running as administrator with full access.
Any solutions?
