files not showing. hidden

I used Norton Anti Virus to scan a floppy disk for
viruses. It has only one file on it but Norton says there
are 2 files. How do I view that other file that is not
showing not showing? I clicked on "all files"
Plus, how do I format a floppy disk?

From a command prompt, change to the A; drive and then type in "dir =
/a/s" - without the quotes.

In answer to your second question, right click ( from the my computer area)
on drive you are wanting to format, and chose Format.
