Password on monitor/HD shutdown return, but not screensaver?

Hi. I'd like to have to enter a password when I come back to my computer
after 30 minutes, when my monitor and hard drive shutdown in the power
management options, but not after my 5 minute screensaver delay. Is there
any way to do this?

I've notice that you can have a password required on return from standby,
but I don't want my computer to standby--I frequently leave it while
encoding video or downloading large files.

Any ideas?

In the Control Panel > Display > Screen Saver set up a screen saver
and klick "On resume, password-protect".
