switching user accounts and getting disconnected from the internet...

Hi everyone,
If I ever switch user accounts on my computer, I get
disconnected from the internet. How can I make it so I
keep my connection the whole time my computer's on
(unless I disconnect it myself), regardless of my
switching user accounts? Thank you!!
