Deleting Desktop Icons for a Single User

I currently have three users set up on my computer. If I
delete desktop icons on one user it deletes the icons on
all users. How do you make Icons wether creating,
deleteing etc. per user desktop instead of effecting all
users????

Put the icons in the DESKTOP folders for the user profiles under
C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS. Icons that are found in C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS\ALL USERS\DESKTOP apply to all user profiles.
