microsoft backup -- downloads??

I would like to install microsoft backup for a small
network of computers running XP home. We cannot find our
XP install CDs in order to install the program (I hear its
a value feature only on the install CD).

Is there any way to download the microsoft backup program
or are we at the mercy of finding said CDs??

install the Backup component....no download available,
