I just bought a new computer with Windows XP Home and
cannot get it to "remember" the info I enter. For
instance, on my old computer when I went to "AOL.com" and
started to enter my "user name", a box would pop up with
a list of the previous names for me to choose from. With
this new system, I have to enter the entire info each
time. I turned on "autocomplete" but it does not affect
the AOL entry. Help!!

Outlook Express keeps prompting for your password - Fix
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/tips/xp_oe_passwords.htm

This fix also applies to Outlook, other programs that store passwords=20
in the Protected Storage System Provider sub-branch of the Registry.=20
It also corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and AutoComplete.

Right click Internet Explorer.
Click Properties.
Click Content on the top tabs.
Click Autocomplete. Make your changes.
Apply.
OK.
Done!
Did it work?
Lets see!

Write back if this helps!
