Renaming The Recycle Bin

Does anyone know how to rename the recycle bin in Windows
XP Pro? You can do it with Norton Utilities installed
but I haven't found a way to do it without Norton
Utilities. If anyone can help, please let me know.

I downloaded and ran the file but it still didn't allow
me to rename the recycle bin. Unless I'm trying to do it
the wrong way or something. I ran the file and it made
the registry change and then I rebooted my computer.
After that I right clicked on the recycle bin. There was
no rename option so I clicked properties but there was no
rename option there either. Any other suggestions???

Never mind... I checked the registry values compared to
what the file listed and found that it incorrectly
modified my registry. It created a dword with a value of
60 when it should have been 40. I manually changed the
value to 40 and now I can rename the recycle bin. Thanks
for your help!
