Whenever my screensaver comes on, it prevents my desktop
theme to be saved. After stopping the screensaver,the
desktop theme is no longer present. I can restore the
theme by clicking on it under the Themes tab and then
click apply. However, once the screensaver comes back the
theme is gone. What can I do? I am suspicious of this
being a DirectX 9.0 problem because the problem was not
present until upgrading the DirectX from 8.0 to 9.0
