Customizing XP in Spanish

My father purchased Microsoft Office XP but he doesn't
understand English. Is there any way to customize his
computer in such a way that he might be able to see tool
bars and instructions in Spanish?

Sorry, but no. You would need to get the full Spanish version of XP.
