I was trying to install a faxing program and it said to
re-install Windows, so I did. Now my screen resolution
is really low; everything is really big and it won't fit
on my screen. When I go to my properties and try to drag
the resolution setting over to high, it won't move.
Please help.

Hi Katie
It sounds like you need to re-install your video drivers...
Hope this helps!
Mark
PS What Fax software were you trying to install? I have never come across
software that requires that you re-install Windows before!!!

The re-install has only loaded the 'standard vga driver', you need
to identify your display adapter and re-install the correct drivers.
