I keep receing this message when I open outlook included with Office XP.
Unable to display the folder.Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could
not be found.MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

P.S.This is after uninstalling and re-installing due to the same error
message.

John ... perhaps one of the following links to the MS Knowledge Base might
provide an answer for you:

"Error Message: MAPI Was Unable to Load the Information Service Pstprx.dll"
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=293058
"Error Message When You Import Contacts After You Change the Outlook Setup
Option"
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=218425

Are you using MS Small Business Tools: If you upgraded to Microsoft Office
XP from a Microsoft Office 2000 suite containing the Microsoft Small
Business Tools. Small Business Customer Manager and Small Business Financial
Manager require an update for use with Office XP? If so, you must download
this update:

btw ... the REAL Outlook gurus hang out at microsoft.public.outlook. You
might have better luck there.
