connection to server failing

Can anyone help me to send a pile of emails in my Outbox.
Windows XP. Outlook Express.. Message comes
up "Account: 'pop.freeserve.com',
Server 'smtp.freeserve.com', Protocol:: SMTP, port: 25,
secure (SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number:
Ox800CCCOE.

Reply urgently required. Help!

Contact your ISP. This would be a problem connecting to their servers.
