Address bar

In view,then i click toolbars, my address bar and links
has a check mark next to both but they do not work(I cant
access) Why? Can someone advise? Thanks Tony.

Goto 'View' menu, put cursor over 'Toolbars', is thiere a tick against 'Lock
the Toolbars', if thiere is click 'Lock the Toolbars' so the tick is
removed.
Now hover you cursor over the region where the address-bar etc., should be
(slowly), when cursor turns to double-arrow, click and drag downwards.
If this works, put the tick back where you removed it.
