Wellcome vs Classic log on Screen

I have gone to conrol pannel, users, choose by checking
the Wellcome log on screen with the option of switching
users , but my PC is stucked in the Clasic log on where
you have to type the user name, as it was with Win 2000.

What else can I do to correct this problem without having
to reinstall XP again? Please help....
