Display date

I would like to display the date in my lower tool bar
next to the time. I know I can move the cursor over it,
but I still would like to display the date along with the
time.

Can this be done in Windows XP home edititon?
Is there a program that will accomplish this?

I would appreciate any ideas.

Using the mouse, grab the top of the taskbar (having made sure it's
"unlocked" and drap upwards. That will resize your taskbar by however much
you drag it up (up to 3rd screen size) and the day/date will automatically
shown once it is 2 or more lines high...
