Where is the recycle bin?

On my new PC there is no Recycle Bin icon on the desktop.
Where can I find it

This will place the Recycle Bin on the Desktop:

Replace/Repair the Recycle Bin (Line 64)

Go to Control Panel>Display>Desktop tab>General tab. Highlight either
Recycle Bin, then click on "Restore default" bar. Should now have a Bin on
Desktop.
