windows xp restore

is there any way you can restore the windows xp without
using xp cd.
like the way in win me you have a folder
_restore/win9x/setup
plz inform me ..

Hi,

Only if the I386 folder has been copied to the hard drive and it contains
the winnt32.exe file.

Once you start, you cannot stop. Make sure you have your valid Product Key
before you do anything.
