Please tell me how to solve my problem, i been receiving
error messages saying windows has detected a serious
problem i'm using windows XP professional and it restarts
my computer, it's error signature is BCCODE: d1
BCP1:FCA32780 BCP2:0000002 BCP3:0000001 BCP4:FBDDB1E2
OSVer:5_1_2600 SP:0_0 PRODUCT:256_1,please e-mail me on
how i can resolve this problem. And i have a question If i
reinstall windows will i lose my files in my account or
files in my hard disk? And another in my registry the
mscoree.dll is found to be missing how could i fix. Hoping
for your positive response.

....and be sure to keep XP updated. The hackers are not just using e-mail
based viruses anymore!

Sanjay,

This error indicates that your computer received a blue screen with a stop
code of 0x000000D1. I have seen several causes of these kernel mode traps;
however most have a networking component interaction. For example,
Microsoft Knowledge Base article 319870 discusses this error in regards to
software based firewall program.

If the error can be reproduced, a first line of trouble-shooting would be
to use msconfig to narrow down the suspects.
