Your internet service provider should provide you with
these details. Try their web site. You need the POP3 and
SMTP information. It should look something like this:
either:
POP.rock.com
SMTP.rock.com
or:
for the POP it could be: mail.rock.com
for the smtp it could be: mail.rock.com
It will do no harm actually trying these two
combinations. However, if neither work then you will need
to contact your isp for further information. Try the
frequently asked questions on your isp's web site.
