Outlook is not very good with this. You can create mail rules in Tools
> Message Rules > Mail, but this is very uncomfortable. I recommand to
buy third-party software like the MailWasher
(http://www.mailwasher.net) for this purpose.

You'd be better off in a group for Outlook or Outlook express - which
are you using?

I have my Outlook setup to show my mail in Plain Text. The setting will
cause HTML and rich text mail to appear rather ugly but no popups appear.

If you're using Outlook 2000 or Outlook XP (2002), click "Organize" on the
tool bar. Its icon is a square of squares all lining up just to the right
of the "Find" button. One of the choices you'll have is "Junk Email". You
can enable that feature.

My company offers two programs that may help you company.
MessageAuthority is a individual client based software program and
SafeInterenetEmail is a gateway solution that would process all your
incoming email. Check out www.bluehighwaysoftware.com and if you like
either of them, email me at for a quote.
