Error message 703

I have loaded my sbcglobal software after installing XP.
When I try to access my SBC dial up I get error message
703. Can anyone solve this

Simply call SBC techs at 1-866-SBC- DIAL

Suggest calling SBC technical support. This may be an issue with the
installation of their software or with the initial connection that a new
installation needs to make with the service.
