Windows XP will not shutdown: keeps rebooting

Hi!

Anyone else ever seen this?

Platform: (New) ABS Awesome 4500
Monitor: BenQ FP747 (correct XP driver)
OS: Win XP SP1 (all patches and hotfixes)
Problem: Click: Start>Turn off computer>Shutdown, and
computer reboots and will not shutdown.
