Can't Rename cd/dvd's

i CAN NOT SEEM to change or rename my two cd/dvd's. That
option is blanked out in mycomputer...

[Cari \(MS-MVP\)]

Right click on My Computer and select Manage.

On the following screen, select Disk Management.

Can you rename them from here?
