You can change and rechange and delete and reenter to your
hearts content unless you choose to manually enter your
password when connecting windows adds characters by
default. This in no way changes your password or alters
your dialup configuration. It's just the way XP is. Good

Ok the password is masked, however it wont connect, 'wrong
username/password'
If I delete password 14* and enter my 7* it connects
No I did'nt have caps lock set, entered correct password
