programs menu is full??

when i click on start and then programs, i can't see the
whole list. how do i change the way it is displayed on
the screen so i can scroll through it instead of trying
to show everything all at once? i can't fit everything on
the screen at one time. . and i already made all my icons
to a small size, now what?
please help me, i am a computer imbecile. . .

Right-click [Start]
| Properties |
/Start Menu\
[Customize]
[Y] "Scroll Programs
[OK]


-OR-

Right-click [Start]
| Explore |

-AND-

Right-click [Start]
| Explore All Users |

-THEN-

Create new folders.
Drag shortcuts to these new folders.
