How do you boot up in SAFE MODE?

can someone please tell me what keys i have to press in
order to boot up in safe mode??? thanks a lot

Press the F8 key between the BIOS POST and Windows XP beginning to load. If
you can't manage to get the timing right, click Start, Run and enter
MSCONFIG and go to the BOOT.INI tab. Check the box for /SAFEBOOT.
