Outlook spellcheck error

Can anyone tell me why in Outlook express I continue to
get a red error message each time I try and spellcheck an
email? When going into Spell on the options window
everything appears correct.

The OS is XP Home running Outlook Express 6.0 which works
in my office but on my new home pc it won't do spellcheck
just gives the error.
