entering setup for cmos

I have a brand new dell computer with windows XP Pro. I
would like to get into setup to change the NUM LOCK to be
on at startup but can't see where to do it. Any help
would be appreciated.

Most times this is either the Del key or <F1>, <F2>, <F9> or <F10> keys at
startup.

I tried everything but the F2, and wouldn't you know -
that was it. Thanks.
