system restore

I am trying to restore my system to July settings, but
the calendar arrows will not allow me to go back to a
previous month. Also, no restore points are listed and
none appear as bold numbers on the calendar. How do I
access previous restore points so that I can restore my
system? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you

If the restore points are missing, it is not possible to rollback the
settings to July.
