NO MS UPDATES WILL INSTALL

I recently put Windows XP on to my comp. Every time i
click on the install button, no matter what update i try,
no updates are installed. I keep getting to the "no
updates were installed" page, please help.

thanks for your reply but none of that worked, i still=20
keep getting to the "no updates were installed" page when=20
i try to update.
