I tried installing the Office XP interactive training CD.
It fails at the end of the installation and crashes. The
program has files on my drive but won't open.
I've tried to uninstall the program, before trying to re-
install the program. When I try to remove the program,
using add/remove programs, I get the message that
\WINDOWS\lrun32.isu is not valid or data has been
corrupted, uninstallation will not continue.

The install failed so the uninstall information was not completed. To
attempt finishing this installation, locate your Temp folder and delete its
contents. Then run setup again.
The Temp folder for your user account is hidden. Use Folder Options> View.
Mark the option to show hidden and system files and folders. Then open
Windows Explorer to Documents and Settings\<your user account>\Local
Settings\Temp. Select all of the files and folders inside of this folder
(leaving the main Temp folder in place).
