Keyboard /US International mode

Hello,
I'm trying to get my computer in the US International
mode. I go to START>CONTROL PANAL>REGIONAL & LANGUAGE...
but when I hit the LANGUAGE TAB>DETAILS I do not have the
option of a US International keyboard selection. Can
anyone please tell me which disc this might be located
in, as maybe I didn't load it (selective). Perhaps this
is not a standard option?
Any help would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks.
