cannot ping

I have three pcs connected to switch with uplink to the
main switch in the first floor,the three pcs access the
internet through the server and the network,one of the
three pcs can ping all the pcs in the first floor and
access them Vise versa except the two pcs in the
ShowRoom,when you ping them you have got"time request
out" and cannot access them,,vice versa.

1. did these two pc's ever work? If so, what changed?
2. compare configuration of the working pc's with the two non
functionng pc's.
3. check any firewall rules (running on this "server" which you say is
providing internet access.
4. check that the network devices (hardware, device drivers, etc.) are
functioning
5. check the troubleshooting guides for networking in the "help" on
your pc for additional ideas.
6. get all your networking setup instructions back out again, and go
through them step-by-step
