Opening New Windows

I just brought a computer with XP Professional. When I
click on a link and it opens a new window or when I right
click and click to open web page in new window when the
new window comes up it comes up in the left hand top
screen showing only the _ button, enlarger button and the
X close button. How can I make it where a new window will
open maximized?

1. Reset Internet Explorer Window Placement:
Fix available here:

2. Maximize it and close:
1. Open a link.
2. Don't use the maximize button.
3. Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
4. Close all other IE windows.
5. Close the stretched window last.

If all of the above do not work, the best option is to use "IE NEw Window
maximizer"
