"Email This File" for pictures - Need Custom Size Option...

The email this file option in File Explorer produces images too large for my
needs. Is there any way to have a custom option that will allow a smaller
size?? There has to be something available, or a tool someone created to
customize this...

Any ideas?

I need a custom SMALLER size than what is offered...

Is there any utility that will offer a custom size for "Email this file?"
