Update 819696

My computer has asked me to download and install this
particular update now 8 times. Somehow, this update is
not on this computer. Obviously, this update needs to go
through. What should be done to finish this update
process? I did the reboot afterwards, but this is not
working, and the update is not requesting a reboot.
