send to reverts back to desktop

[Russ]

Whenever I try to send something using the send to
command the computer reverts back to desk top screen. I
appreciate any advise to resolve this issue.

The fix did not work. I downloaded the script on your web
and that did not work either. Although I received the msg
that it was successful. Any other suggestions. Thanks in
advance.
