Problem viewing webpages

Parts of a webpage cannot be seen on my desktop XP
computer. On my XP Laptop, everything can be seen. How
can I setup so everything can be seen?

Hal:
Try; right click anywhere on the desktop, select properties, settings.
Slide the arrow to the right 1 notch, apply.
this should do the trick.
