application error

I keep getting an error message that tells me microsoft
has detected an error and needs to close the message is
msvc32i application. How do I get this issue fixed

Might be spyware. Try using a program to get rid of it. try ad ware
http://www.spychecker.com/program/adaware.html
Its free, and gets rid of that stuff.
